I am always trying to find new ways to spruce up pork chops. Whole grain mustard is a great way to add tons of flavor to an array of proteins. The recipe below is not only bursting with flavor but it won’t break the bank either.
Whole Mustard Pork Chops
Serves 4
Ingredients
4 thin, boneless pork chops
¼ C (about a TBSP per chop) whole grain mustard
1 C panko bread crumbs
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
Vegetable oil

In a bowl, combine panko, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Set aside.
Heat vegetable oil in a large saute pan over medium heat.
Season the chops with salt and pepper. Spread whole grain mustard on each side of the chops. About 1 TBSP per chop. Press chops onto panko, then flip and repeat.
Lay chops into saute pan. Shallow fry until golden on both sides and internal temperature reads 145°F.
Remove chops from pan onto a wire rack or paper towel lined plate and allow any excess oil to drain.
