This is the only way I make Brussels sprout. When you make this, you'll know why! These little bundles of goodness become golden, crispy and oh so tasty! Don't believe me? Go ahead, try it!
Roasted Brussel Sprouts
Ingredients
Pack of Brussels sprout
¼ C olive oil
2 garlic cloves, smashed
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp white pepper
Flaky salt to season
Pre heat oven to 400°F. Rinse Brussels sprouts. Cut the ends off, and cut in half.
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil, and simmer brussel sprouts for about 8 minutes. Drain.
In a large pan, heat olive oil. Once heated add garlic and saute until the garlic becomes fragrant. Add brussel sprouts to pan with heated olive oil and garlic. Toss to coat. Add salt, black pepper and white pepper.
On a baking sheet lined with foil, put your brussel sprouts flesh side down.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and roasted.
Season with a flaky salt and serve warm.
